It's that time of the year again; the planning for the retreat has begun. As you are making plans for your trip, here are some details to help you in your preparation.

The retreat will be held JANUARY 16^TH – JANUARY 30^TH, 2016.

SOME REMINDERS

Getting There By Air

There are several airlines, which provide direct air services from the Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi.

• Malaysia Airlines (MAS) from KLIA
  IMPORTANT – if you are transiting from abroad, use Malaysian Airlines to fly to Langkawi as the other budget airlines do not fly out of the same airport.

You can use these budget airlines if you are spending a few days in Kuala Lumpur before leaving for Langkawi or you have enough time to get to KLIA 2 (20 min) or Subang (45 min) from KLIA.

• AirAsia from KLIA 2
• Malindo Air from KLIA 2
• Firefly Air from Subang Airport

The flying time is approximately 60 minutes from Kuala Lumpur (KLIA, KLIA2 or Subang) to Langkawi. All flights into Langkawi land at Langkawi International Airport which is located at Padang Matsirat, approximately 25 minutes’ drive from Kuah town centre. The Adaman Hotel is 45 minute drive from the airport.

COURSE FEE

The course fee as below:

1. 15 Days 14 Nights  USD 5432.50
2. 10 Days 9 Nights    USD 4240.00

*As usual this includes full room and board and the class itself and GST 6%.

Those who would like to book for an additional day, rates for the rooms are as follows:

1. Twin sharing USD 214.95 (includes breakfast for two) per day.
2. Single occupancy USD 206.68 (includes breakfast for one only) per day.

*As usual this includes breakfast and GST 6%.

Please note that the Form MUST BE submitted (online) before any payment is made even if you have already informed us earlier of your participation.
If any payment is made before the submission of Registration Form above, your payment will not be processed but will be returned to you less any bank charges incurred.

PAYMENT

For those who have confirmed your participation, the next step to make a deposit. This is to ensure your place is booked and for us to place the deposit with the hotel.

Kindly remit a minimum of 50% of the course fee latest by 30th OCTOBER 2015.

Full payment should be made by 27th DECEMBER 2015.
